The pizza is getting worse and worse. Dominos is what it is, so you don’t order it expecting to be overwhelmed with quality... but this is unacceptable The minimal staffing (there’s only been one or two people the last few times I’ve visited in thepast 2-4 months) is clearly beginning to affect the product; this is the driest pizza I’ve ever received from the company orthis location. There was practically no sauce on the pizza and as you can see what little bit of cheese is on the center of thepizza is burnt. The three stars is mostly indicative of prior positive experiences, this order was easily a one or two-starproduct. Read more
We placed an online order and it stated it would be ready for pick up at 6:30. I get there at 6:30 and am told that they... haven't even started my order and that it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before my order would be ready. I have to drive 15minutes to pick up the pizza because they don't deliver to my house just to be told it's not ready. I am very disappointed andwill not return Read more
I love the management team of this Dominos location. I order the same thing every time I come in to order. Food has always been... excellent. I hope nothing has happened as they have been closed for the past few days. I am missing my Square Cut Pan Pizza. Read more
Very slow service. It was early evening on a Friday and there was only 2 people working!?!? One person was running all over and... the other was a driver. Waited 20 mins past the time promised for pickup and for "my inconvenience" I was sent an email for 1free med pizza with 1 topping. Glad my inconvenience was worth what probably cost you a whole dollar to make. Read more
We ordered the thin crust pizza. Although the pizza was good, the thin crust was like a cracker. The cheese wasn't as hot and... gooey as we liked. Next time, we will order a different crust. The one big drawback was the rude worker, Steve, that answeredthe phone. I was trying to ask if I was allowed one pizza topping or two with the 5.99 medium pizza special. He cut me offsaying "Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's the special. Now, what do you want on the first pizza?" I answered but did not appreciate therudeness. The lady working the cash register had her mask so far down below her nose I could see right into her mouth as shetalked to customers. I am sure it was probably an oversight but I did worry about our food. I will not be visiting thisparticular location again but will find some other Domino's location for our next visit. Read more
Not a good experience. Also stored my cold salad on my hot pizza so it was nice and soggy by the time I got it.
Absolute joke! I ordered 12 pizzas more than 24 hours in advance for an 11am pickup. They open at 10:30. I get there at 11:05am... expecting them to be ready as I had like 60+ guests ready to eat! I walk in to the guy saying “ we are not open yet ourmanager isn’t here yet.” Yet their hours are outside posted as 10:30. The dude didn’t even know my order was due until hechecked and said “oh yeah it’s right here.” He had zero explanation as to why it wasn’t starters. Didn’t seem in arush to find out why. Thank goodness for little caesers for being able to knock out 12 pizzas for me in under 15 minutes. Such ajoke! Read more
