I ordered through Cold Stones website Gahanna location. My order was delivered via doordash. The order came damaged (milkshake... was spilled in the bag) the driver ran off without saying anything. I spoke to the Gahanna store, they said I had to calldoordash for the refund. 40 minutes later, doordash is telling me cold stone is responsible...I out my money, the $5 reward Iused, and no milkshakes... My family and I love this location; it?s perfect for a chill day out of the house or coming from running errands. There?s free... parking, good spacing in the retail space, and wonderful outdoor scenery when the weather is pleasant. The staff does not seem to be trained in making... milkshakes, and they are always watered down, and ice cream ceases to exist within this beverage.
