This was my second time stopping here over the last couple weeks. I should've learned my lesson the first time but tried to give... the benefit of the doubt. There was a male working the drive-thru both times whom was extremely rude. He said things like, "Idon't know, it just is" and "no, we don't have that" but gave no other recommendations. He did not say anything at the window oreven so much as smile. He simply handed me my food and turned away. I will likely never return to this establishment. Read more

I got lunch from the Gahanna location today. I ordered the new barbecue chicken sandwich and got a basic chicken sandwich even... after confirming my order over the speaker. It was abnormally salty and could not finish it. I ordered onion rings and gotFrench fries. The French fries were somehow cold and stale at 11:15 A.M. this is the first time I ever had a issue with thislocation. For over $20.00 I expected better. Read more
The location is great. Unfortunately the customer service and common sense is not. The place was disorderly and Jennifer in... Management shouted as if her adult employees were her kids. Then proceeded to shout at a customer for just wanting to ensure thequality of his order. A tablespoon of professional might help. Read more
It was a pleasure doing business there, after going to both the Burger Kings in Whitehall one being told to come back in six... minutes, the other one the girl so rude at the drive-thru window I just pulled off. But Dante did such a good job a few weeksago I thought I would come back and I told him I would mention his name. Landed at Columbus International, and decided to stop here for a bite. I'm from Florida, and this BK has by far the best chicken... fries my girlfriend and I have ever had. A good chicken to breading ratio. My girlfriend got the original chicken sandwich, andI got the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were really good. The staff was courteous and cordial.
