This was my second time stopping here over the last couple weeks. I should've learned my lesson the first time but tried to give... the benefit of the doubt. There was a male working the drive-thru both times whom was extremely rude. He said things like, "Idon't know, it just is" and "no, we don't have that" but gave no other recommendations. I got lunch from the Gahanna location today. I ordered the new barbecue chicken sandwich and got a basic chicken sandwich even... after confirming my order over the speaker. It was abnormally salty and could not finish it. I ordered onion rings and gotFrench fries. The location is great. Unfortunately the customer service and common sense is not. The place was disorderly and Jennifer in... Management shouted as if her adult employees were her kids.
