I?m giving two stars and that?s being generous. They do not honor mobile coupons and will tell you this when you pick up your... order, and if you order online, expect to get the skimpiest amounts (or completely left off) ingredients you have asked for.There are some very rude demeaning employees here as well. I believe this may be a franchised Subway, but Subway really shouldregulate their franchisee?s businesses with their company standards to be able to bear their name. Worst experience ever. Service was terrible, the lady rung it up incorrectly and when I tried to explain it, the lady started... yelling at me and grabbed food out of my little sister?s hands (after she had handed it to her. Avoid at all cost. She shouldbe fired and the place shut down. Read more
Ordered through the app, was told they wouldn?t make my order the next time i used my points even though the app told me i had... 6$ to use towards my food, they told me i couldn?t do that. I drive trucks so I had to walk over to get food and the old lady at the window tries to shoo me off like I?m a fly, I politely... asked ?wtf does that mean.? 2 she made my sandwich without gloves but brought the order to me with gloves on and I?m not thetype for confrontation but I wanted to smack the old hag! Not good at all I was in a hurry and ordered 4 salads. The man behind the counter was being so slow. When a new employee tried... helping him he just told him to go mop and wouldn?t let him help. Definitely not a good experience. Another time I ordered awrap and they didn?t cut it in half I asked for them to cut it in half or give me a knife to cut it and I?ll give it back andthey just handed me a plastic knife. Asked for extra tomato, good thing because I would have gotten only 2 of the thinnest slices I?ve ever seen, asked for salt... &pepper, absolutely no pepper, and the Parmesan cheese I asked for must be the invisible type. And when you ask for a dr. Peppersoda I?d expect it to taste like it, if I wanted water I?d have asked for some. This is the worst subway I have ever visited. Horrible service. Rude old lady behind the counter was borderline racist. Yelling... at the customers while making subs! Restrooms did not work either. Pathetically run store. Read more
