Lived here my whole life and today was first time I've ever tried this place. Called order in and went to get it. Was assured... everything was right. Got home had burger with no patty and instead of sandwich they gave me a wrap. Will never go back. Read more
2hour wait with reservation. Kept saying 20 more minutes. Never gave our group option knowing we were waiting an extreme amount... of time WITHa reservation. We could have been asked if we would like to be seated separately. We won?t be back. Terriblecustomer service. Mom had to wait in the car with the baby fussy from the long wait. I placed an order online and as they recommend, I checked my order before leaving. I was missing my side of broccoli and rice... casserole so I politely let the cashier know. She turned to another young lady to let her know that I had everything except forthe side of broccoli rice casserole. The other young lady went over to reprint my online receipt and proceeded to tell me that Iwas not charged for the side of casserole even though I clearly could see on the receipt where I was, and knew what I had paidfor. She wanted to tell me how it said that it was an error, even though again, it clearly showed the broccoli rice on thereceipt. I said to her OK, either way I need it. Her response was ?well you?ll have to pay for it? as if I was asking her forsomething for free! I was only asking for what I had already paid for. I stepped down and paid AGAIN for a side of broccoli andrice. When the cashier gave me my receipt, it was $3.18, which is the exact amount that was displayed on my receipt for sidethat I had already paid for! I went back in for the 3rd time and asked them what was the $3.18 charge for if it was not for theside of broccoli and rice? She then decided to tell me that I was right and wanted to blame it on being a system error and blahblah. I let her know that I was trying to explain that to her when she reprinted the receipt, but she insisted I was wrong. Shedecided to storm off to the back of the restaurant stating that she wasn?t going to deal with this mess tonight. She stood inthe back huddled in a circle with a couple other people looking @ the receipt and then came to the front to tell the cashier togo ahead and refund. Her attitude and demeanor was beyond ridiculous and unprofessional!!! How am I as a customer able to readand understand a paid receipt, yet an employee who is responsible for ensuring that a customers order is correct cannot??Everyone makes mistakes, but when the attitude that I was given as present, that makes it even worse.
