If I could give a negative review I would. Deathly allergic to cucumbers. I asked for a number 1 no pickles. Got down the... interstate to check... 3 pickles on it so I couldn't eat it. So I was like.. okay I'll eat the fries... they were cold. Gross.Like flaccid. Mushy. I waited in line about 5 to 8 minutes to get cold fries? I ended up calling the restaurant to explain thatwhen someone asks for something to not be on it... it's not always because they don't want them.. the guy on the phone soundedsnarkey and sarcastic. It also sounded like he was laughing or trying not to laugh. It was rude as hell. two children's frieswere cold as well. They wouldn't eat them. Went this morning and ordered my breakfast and a large ice water....I get to the window and T tries charging and giving me a... bottle of water and I told him I didtnt order a bottle of water I want a large ice water like I ordered... So he gets the largeice water and then proceeds to tell me that it's company policy, this is what they do and that he still has to charge me for itwhich is like $2 for ice water(same as a bottle of water)... Since when is it company policy since I've never been chargedbefore or is this just his company policy??... I have never been charged for ice water before when I have came to get breakfastat this Burger King location and he was insistent about company policy and everybody else is doing it wrong and he was flat outrude to me about it. I did not get my large ice water because I'm not paying $2 for it, trying to charge me for a bottle ofwater and then still trying to charge me the same price for an ice water that I asked for SMH ridiculous..... I am sick and tired of being ignored because I come in for service and not go through drive thru. I stood there for at least 10... minutes while people had their back turned , walked from the window to the back. People on the food line looking at you and notsaying anything. Workers signing in on the register and not saying anything. If I yell I'm being rude so I don't I just walkout. Read more
I ordered my food and when I got to the window they sent me to the parking lot to wait. I'm assuming so they didn't look bad on... the timer. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot before I went inside to get my food. I also noticed they sent other carsbehind me to the parking lot. To top it off they left cheese off my whopper and gave me no receipt to prove I paid for it. Willonly go to the one on Hyatt street now. Read more
Waited in line with 3 cars in front of me for 20 minutes just to wait at the window for 6 mins and then be asked to pull in the... parking lot with one car behind me. They didn?t have tea nor did their ice cream machine work. Burger was awesome juicey like a whopper should be. So Pricey thro. Staff was awesome super friendly and very helpful. I was... using my Burger King rewards and had no clue on how to use it and they were helpful enough to show me. I recommend this BurgerKing Read more
Staff is low and super slow. They had one car at the window for 10 minutes. Then they took forever to take our order. We... couldn't get the chicken fries because they are always out of them. Woman at the window didn't speak a word to us when we got toher. Please Burger King get new employees. Read more
