this location has been absolutely horrible the past 3 times i?ve been by. this location definitely needs better staff maybe who... are friendly and um KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS ON THEIR MENU? i paid $10 for two tall pink drinks and when they were made iasked why there wasn?t strawberries in them and one of the ladies snapped back ?you don?t put strawberries in a pink drink. youput strawberry purée but we?re out right now? like um, what?? seriously don?t stop at this location! First time here. People friendly, food and dri nk were spot on. Only complaint I have is this.... The system, at present, will... not allow you to use the App to pay. Therefore, you miss out on stars. YES.... you can call it in to Starbucks and, HOPEFULLY,get them added. SIDE NOTE: For those who are looking for Halloween Cups... No stars to share. At 1253pm we asked for 2 xl black ice tea's and were told they had no ice tea only passion. Asked if they... were making more. Told no. Also was going 2 order a large coffee with my rewards and was told they did not redeem rewards. Wasthis a real Starbucks?? Girl also had an attitude ???? We walked out. Was served coffee that tasted like it was a day old and was burnt. The barista was in no hurry to serve me my coffee. The... baristas were not nice but they were not rude. The store was clean, this was the only positive I experienced at this Starbuckslocation. I will definitely not be coming back to this Starbucks and I would not recommend. Read more

No cream for the coffee, no dark roast except espresso drinks and my double toasted bagels were given to me without the cream... cheese I ordered and they were not opened up to toast. I'm posting here because they did not pick up the phone when I called. Iwould have preferred to tell them of their boo boo privately. The supply chain issues are not the employees fault, that'smanagement or their distribution network. All of that staff, the staff working we all very nice. Read more
