Today is Thursday November 25, 2022. Yes Thanksgiving day at 12:10pm. This McDonald's was open. My girl went to use the bathroom... and 3 female workers was in the bathroom; used the bathroom and did not wash their hands. The 3rd employee was about to walk outthe door but my girl was washing her hands at this time and stared down the employee so hard, that the employee stopped;complicated my girl hair and then came back to wash her hands. If it wasnt for that, the no one in the store would have cleanhands. Yall working around food. Every employee should be washing their hands no only after using the bathroom but just because;on the hour every hour. Its 2 minutes to wash your hands. That doesn't take much time. Read more
I only gave this McDonalds 1 star so I could leave this review. After pulling me over because the 6 cookies weren't ready, I... didn't even get them when they brought out my order to me! When I called 3 days later they refused to replace them or fix it.They said there stores policy is you have to call the same day and rude. That's ridiculous!!! Never heard of that before!!! Read more
Ordered a quarter pounder meal. Received 2 double cheese burgers with mustard. Service industry is trained to double check... orders before handing them out. I was traveling through so just said bunk it and ate it. Read more
Food was hot, but order was wrong. Had to wait for food to be brought out to me for a double quarter pounder with cheese combo &... a 20 piece chicken nugget. Took 10 minutes for that. No straw, no napkins. Wasn't about to wait for that to be rectified bc Iwas already running late, & the staff acted like I ordered incorrectly (even though I had a receipt). Read more
