I've ordered from this location many, many times before and never had a problem until today. I ordered 80 hot wings (extra wet)... when my wife got them home they were bone dry. I called to explain the problem after about 15 tries because the phone continuedto go to voicemail, when i finally got in touch with them the manager was very, very rude!!! She made all types of excuses,acting like it was my fault. I paid over 100 dollars for these wings and expect them to be the way I want them. Food was good. Had a chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries. Mom had an oyster poboy with slaw. Both were good. Service was good.... Portions were large. Parked right in front. I will go back when in the area. Read more
I?d give zero stars if I could lol! We went there to eat for my sisters birthday everything was good we waited a while for our... food and it came out cold and burnt . ..no big deal .. then we?re waiting after finishing our food for a WHILE now . So We hadto get up and ask someone for our check and find out our waitress went on break .. okay cool . but then we walk away and anotherwaitress named Katelyn yells out ?I?m tired of the attitudes ? all because we was ready to go and asked for our checks . Ordered online and took one hour to get my food. Simply unacceptable. I was prepared to give them 35 minutes, but no when I... arrived to pick up my food I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. Love the food but if order online should be able topick it up in reasonable time, and one hour is not reasonable. Read more
I placed an online order and was given a time of 3:32 PM for my order to be ready. I arrived at 3:30 and was told there was no... order in my name. I pulled up my order from my phone and showed the lady at the bartender. She explains that online ordering isa new system and they have no way of knowing about about online orders. When I heard that statement was SHOCKED!! That has to bethe most ridiculous system I ever heard of from a food business. I would have understood, if the website stated to call therestaurant once you place your online order, but IT DID NOT!! I was told that I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for myorder to be ready!! Ugh!! Horrible way to make customers feel about ordering online. Read more
I ordered from Door Dash, and while the experience through door dash wasn?t good, that was on us. (I ordered really late..) they... didn?t have an available driver for the delivery so it took around 2 hours to get our food. However, it was definitely the bestcold food I?ve ever had. I can?t imagine how good it?d have been warm. The sweet potato fries I ordered came with a cinnamonsauce.. it was fantastic. The fries were like steakhouse style, which I dislike for regular potato fries, but for the sweetpotato style, they?re definitely my favorite. The Philly steak was good, I did add my own sauce, which was the tangy Carolinasauce. The wings were really good, I enjoyed the sauce used on them. And the tortilla chips were great. My significant othergot the fried pickles, and man.. they loaded that to go container full. It was a long wait for food I believe was absolutelyworth it. It took a while to get here, but once it did, I was impressed. This place never disappoints. Always good service. Clean inside and out. Seat yourself unless it is super packed and there is a... waiting list. Double Dipped Wings are dry rubbed, not wet. They are listed as medium spicy but seem to be mild to me but they dohave a lot of flavor don?t forget to get ranch dressing to dip them in. The side of fries are upgraded to cheese and baconfries. They are also most excellent. Bacon Cheese Burger. Do try this. Juicy meat patty with thick bacon, all the trimmings. Itdoes have a BBQ sauce added that really brings it all together. Overall, not a bad spot. The portions were fair, the food was good, and our waitress had excellent customer service skills!... Also, a lot of food and drink options, which is a plus. Not giving five stars, because the tables were a little dirty, I had towait awhile for my food, and when I finally got it, parts of it were cold. I?d recommend this place and would try it again.
