I've ordered from this location many, many times before and never had a problem until today. I ordered 80 hot wings (extra wet)... when my wife got them home they were bone dry. I called to explain the problem after about 15 tries because the phone continuedto go to voicemail, when i finally got in touch with them the manager was very, very rude!!! She made all types of excuses,acting like it was my fault. I paid over 100 dollars for these wings and expect them to be the way I want them. I?d give zero stars if I could lol! We went there to eat for my sisters birthday everything was good we waited a while for our... food and it came out cold and burnt . ..no big deal .. then we?re waiting after finishing our food for a WHILE now . Ordered online and took one hour to get my food. Simply unacceptable. I was prepared to give them 35 minutes, but no when I... arrived to pick up my food I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. Love the food but if order online should be able topick it up in reasonable time, and one hour is not reasonable. Read more

Overall, not a bad spot. The portions were fair, the food was good, and our waitress had excellent customer service skills!... Also, a lot of food and drink options, which is a plus. Not giving five stars, because the tables were a little dirty, I had towait awhile for my food, and when I finally got it, parts of it were cold. I?d recommend this place and would try it again.
