The food is ok. Very picky when it comes to chicken. Seems like they try and rush it and pull it sooner than it needs to be. ... The store was extremely dirty inside. Trash overflowing everywhere. Service at the drive thru was rude. Katy was her name. Seemed to be letting the heat get to her or something. My spicy chicken... sandwich wasn't fresh. I could tell it clearly was one that was prepackaged and had been sitting for sometime. My waffle friesdidn't have any salt which it why you got the 1 ?. My sweet tea wasn't sweet either. I understand rush hour and I also startedmy first job as a Chick-fil-A breader. My daughter drove through and ordered food tonight. We have been at the emergency room at Gadsden Regional over 12 hours now... with both my parents who were injured in a fall this morning. Considering that the parking lot was full of cars and the two to-go lanes were all the way out to the road both of the... Chick-fil-A employees that I encountered made my experience a 5 stars visit. The efficiency was phenomenal. I pulled in and thefirst young man walked beside my truck while taking my order and money. When I pulled around to the window my food was ready andthe whole visit took about 7 minutes. Well done Chick-fil-A! ???? Read more
Worst Chick-fil-A I?ve ever been to. I?m tired of the intentional skimping on portions. I should not have to go back and ASK for... a full portion during 90% of my visits. Totally expect mistakes from restaurants sometimes, but this is obviously not ever goingto be corrected. Read more
