After waiting 5 minutes at the speaker to order and not being acknowledged we drove up to the window thinking maybe the speaker... was broken. The girl at the driveway threw window had the biggest attitude. She said "well maybe you couldn't hear us". No Iwill check into that or apology, just an attitude. We finally ordered and was given 3 out of the 4 drinks. We had to remind thegirl we had 4 drinks which she then gave us another attitude. She walked away and had someone else give us the last drink. Ilove the smoothies and have been going often since the opening. This just put a bad taste in my mouth and I am not sure I willbe back. A please and thank you go a long way.... Read more

I ordered from the drive thru around 12:15 today and the guy taking my order was less than pleasant. I thought, okay he's... probably just busy or whatever. I pulled around to the window and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledgeme to take my payment, much less get my smoothie. I gave up and drove off. Terrible customer service. My wife and I stopped at this location for a light dinner tonight. We were greeted with smiling faces and everyone seemed very... positive in the store which is always nice to see. Our order got mixed up by a customer with a similar sounding name so we didnot receive a correct smoothie. Tony was incredibly accommodating of this mixup and offered to replace the wrong smoothie withthe one we ordered and it came out within a few minutes. My wife says it was one of the best ones she?s had! We definitely wouldgo back and recommend from our experience. Read more
Ordered two smoothies and a peanut butter banana crunch flatbread from their app. We arrived at their restaurant 9 minutes later... which is the estimated time that we were given after placing our order on their app. We then waited inside of their restaurantfor 22 additional minutes before having to ask an employee for the second time where our order was and why it wasn't on thedesignated pick up shelf yet. Come to find out, the drinks and food were ready and sitting behind their counter the whole timethat we just sat there. Perhaps if they would turn down the blaring music inside of their store, employees could bettercommunicate with each other, on who is still waiting to receive their order. 30+ minute wait to receive two smoothies and aquick snack that were ordered ahead of time, during an afternoon lull, is very unreasonable. Walked in this morning to order a smoothie. It is very clean and bright. Everyone is extremely friendly! Smoothies are made... fresh Infront of you and service is fast! My smoothie and quesadilla were very delicious. Prices are great for freshingredients. Highly recommend! Read more
It is evident that this location is not owned by the same people as the TSC in Holly Springs as the customer service is lacking.... I am writing this review after multiple negative encounters at this particular location. I typically use the app to order so Ican pick up and go, but that is rarely possible at this location as my smoothie is either not ready at the time promised, theemployee refuses to open the drive-thru window or takes extremely long to acknowledge my presence (longer than 5 minutes) andthey do not leave pre-ordered smoothies on the designated shelving, but rather behind the counter so you have to wait for themto acknowledge you and then grab your smoothie. On one occasion I ordered my smoothie online and decided to go inside to quicklygrab it as their drive-thru has historically taken way too long. I told the lady behind the counter my name so she couldidentify my smoothie. Without responding, she proceeded to make 4 more smoothies. After about 6 minutes, I inquired again onlyto find out that my smoothie had been on the counter since I walked in the door. I did not appreciate the lack of value for mytime. The location is ideal for me as it is much closer to where I live and work and has the bonus of a drive-thru, but is sofrustrating to patron due to bad attitudes and horrible customer service. I highly recommend the owner visit the HS location andget some pointers from that owner in an effort to improve and considering hiring managers that have attitudes they would wantall of their employees to reflect.
