Food was ok after I got it but there's no way that ordinary people can see your menu it's way too small and no one can read that... far away. Parking is also horrendous. This in turn forces you to go thru the driveway which as I said earlier ishorrendous. The only other thing is that if you're out of something I thought at least a sign for people would be the firstthing by the driveway but that's on them I guess. If you want good food I'd order for pickup, drive across the way, and walk toPanera bread. You'd have to watch out for traffic and they didn't build anything for people but if you park south of saidrestaurant if there ain't a spot your set. Read more
I arrived at 10 am to order a sandwich and a croissant. At the checkout, the guy said that you can order a sandwich only after... 11 am. I said okay, but I saw on the online menu that after 10 am, a tuna sandwich with tomato soup is available. And it canbe ordered online. I asked what happens in this case if you order online, because it is available there. But didn't get ananswer. He said that I can only order from the breakfast menu. There were also no croissants. I think they were too lazy tocook, as there is no information on the site that the sandwich is only available at certain times. So I went to good oldStarbucks for a sandwich and a croissant. I was upset when we were told the kitchen sink cookie was no longer available. However, their oatmeal cookies are quite tasty.... The were also put of chips at this location. Today I ordered the smoke house BBQ chicken and chicken and wild rice soup. Mysandwhich was soggy. I.guess from the BBQ sauce and the chicken and wild rice soup looked more like chicken broth with twocarrots in it. I didn't eat it. This is the first time I didn't finish my meal from Panera. I hope this location can do betterin the future. Read more

Avoid this place if you are doing pick up. They have shorted me items on 5 different occasions at this specific location.... Management doesn't seem to think it is much of an issue. I have 0 confidence at this point that what I order will actually endup in the bag they give me. Buyer beware! Read more
Their unlimited sip club is awesome. You can get any of their drinks free daily. Have had good experiences at the Fuquay... location. You can place your order on the app and just come in and pick up your cups and fix your drink. You do not even haveto talk to anyone if you do not want to. I went to the Fuquay Varina NC location to get lunch, and was extremely disappointed when I took my food out of the bag. The... sandwich wasn't wrapped it looked like someone balled it up, it also wasn't put together and hardly had anything on it butonions and they totally forgot the lettuce. I also purchased 2 bowls of soup which were fine, but as expensive as Panera is Iwould never expect to see that when I open my bag. I would have gone back to the restaurant, but I had already returned towork. This is my second bad experience at this location and I will never go back. Read more
Second day in a row they run out of baguette and chips sides at 6 pm when restaurant closes at 10pm? This locations can also be... cleaner, both bathrooms and dining rooms.
