I don?t expect much from a fast food drive thru. Essentially, make the food to the franchise standard and get the order... right. Visited this location at 3:05 PM on a weekday, not rush hour by any means. They gave us our order missing 3 orders offries, they big ham and cheese was received as a small ham and cheese, and the Western Bacon cheeseburger was received withoutcheese or onion rings. I had to go into the store to get the fries (which they resolved quickly). The last two issues weren?tdiscovered until we?ve driven away. If you like to play the game of getting a mystery bag when you run through drive thru, takeyour chances with this location and have fun. The food sucked! My son (22) couldn't eat the chicken tenders. Said they had a weird taste to them. I had a bacon cheeseburger.... It was seriously dry. The meat and the bread. The fries were barely warm. And my diet Coke was flat. What a waste of money.Won't be going back there EVER!!!!! Read more
I ordered online thinking this would be quicker, easier, and more convenient. I was wrong. I hit the start my order button... before leaving the house as we are only a few miles away. Got there and was ignored for a few minutes listening to the cashiergrumble about how she's not staying because the company doesn't appreciate their people. You know, common sense stuff that acustomer SHOULDN'T hear. After a few minutes of being ignored I told her I had an online order to pick up. She couldn't findit so the shift leader had to tell her where to find it and then rolled her eyes in front of me. The order was nowhere close tobeing ready after all this time. The cashier then goes back to bagging the order and then tells me that they haven't droppedthe onion rings so it will be a few minutes while the rest of the order sits there getting cold. She brings me the bag. I lookin it and the order was wrong. Big surprise there. So then I'm waiting even longer for them to correct it. Then the icing onthe cake....she hand me the drink carrier, it's missing a drink, and she couldn't tell me what she had there and what she wasmissing. NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD!!! At this point I asked for a manager and my money back. She called a manager out andwalked away without a care in the world. The manager ignored my request for the money back and handed me the missing drink witha casual and carefree apology. If I didn't have others waiting on the food I would have argued the point. Went early lunch time. It was not busy and my food was ready very quick which usually is nice. Fries and burger patty almost... not even warm at all. You can tell the sandwich was put together right then because the veggies were fresh but the burger andfries were pre cooked and sitting before I even ordered. Pretty disappointing for an $11+meal. Gross. Ordered the new waffle chicken sandwich. Not recognizable. Tasted even worse. Like throwing your money straight into the... garbage. Ordered large side of hash browns. Good but didn't bother to fill the container even halfway. Paid for all large. Got akiddie size. Read more
