Most of the staff are very friendly. Their peak hours in the morning our chaotic. Lines are long and it takes a long time to get... your food The staff running around trying to get orders ready, including the drive thru person. I try not to leave negative reviews and to this store's credit, the food we got for breakfast was up to Dunkin' standards. What... wasn't was the attitude of one of the staff members. I ordered a hot chai latte and it came out iced. No big deal, thishappens sometimes. I pointed out the error to the staff member who gave us the drink and she said, "I'm pretty busy right now." I had to get back in line and the nice staff member at the register corrected the error. Mistakes happen all the time and howa store handles them shows its character. Unfortunately, this was not a very good day for Dunkin's Fuquay-Varina store. Wewish there was a good Dunkin' in Benson or Dunn. Save us time and maybe take some of the load off of this store. I enjoy my ground Dunkin hazelnut coffee. They usually have the 3 lbs for $20 deal. Now all of a sudden they don't have that... deal anymore. Oh well i guess i will find another DD. Read more

The baking of the donuts was extremely disappointing. When I go to a DD, I expect consistency with the donut flavors and... textures. Sour cream is my favorite donut, and it was fluffy (not supposed to be fluffy) and the flavor was disgusting. Wastedmy money on a dozen donuts. Read more

Really need to clean up inside. Counter and ice cream area needed cleaning. No other customers were there and all the staff... were standing around with only person working. She was in process of taking the trash out when we came in but she acknowledgedus and said she would be right back. Not one of the other 3 staff members offered to help her. They all were busy playing andlaughing when they needed to be cleaning the place up. Read more

Fast and friendly service. The donut selection was horrible and even though we didn't get ice cream the Baskin Robbins side... really needs an update. Or maybe just a deep cleaning. IDK. I wouldn't want to eat anything from there. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered through Door Dash, the driver was male (important here), got a blended hot coco, a... dozen Donuts and a French vanilla coffee. My son drank his blended hot coco, and when he got to the bottom, dumped the remainderinto his mouth, only to find someone's acrylic french-tipped manicured nail in his mouth. I called this store about it tocomplain, and was told to call back in the morning as there was no manager on duty at the time. It was noon when I called, so Iasked when the manager leaves and was told, at noon. Seems weird that there's only 1 manager, and that manager leaves at noon. Extremely unsanitary, and gross! I loved this new hummus and roasted tomato toast. The staff at this location was friendly. I was pleased to see a wide selection... of items compared to other locations. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Read more
