We were looking forward to getting some ice cream. No one approached us even after I asked if anyone was serving ice cream after... waiting 5 minutes. A lot of the servers were talking amongst themselves and with some friends - some in full view of ourpresence. The ice cream did not look fresh in a number of the containers and there were empty containers as well. This locationis not a good representative for the company! Worst customer service. They shut down all of their machines way before close, and most of the time have nothing left. No... doughnuts, cold coffee, barely any ice cream, and told no to a bagel because they shut their ovens down an hour before closing. These employees are literally getting paid to do nothing. Tried to order an ice cream cake for son?s birthday, picked a design from the book, no customization. Staff was incompetent and... was not shy about the fact that they didn?t want to place the order. took our grandsons to this baskin robbins for icecream twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times the store was dirty. Missing name... cards for ice cream flavors. Staff were not able to tell us the names of the types of icecream in the case. When the employeewaiting on us scooped our icecream, it wasn't scooping easy and it fell on his arm and he let it go right back in the icecreamcontainer. The scoop of icecream he gave me was not even a scoop and was half falling off the cone. We were very disappointed inthis baskin robbins and this wasn't our first bad experience, sadly. I always loved baskin robbins as a kid and I have keptgiving them a chance because I really want it to be a place we enjoy . Not sure we will go back unless something changes.
