I visited the Fuquay-Varina Arby's today with a long and complicated order. Alia was working the cash register. She was... extremely professional and efficient, and our order was quick and perfect. 30 minutes later I went back to order dessert for thefamily, and Alia remembered my name (!) I was impressed with the whole staff. Restaurants are having trouble finding staff thesedays, but clearly this Arby's location has figured out how to attract, train, and keep great employees! This place is the best arbys I have ever been to. I went through the drive through to order dinner for the entire family so my... order was lengthy and took quite a while. The young man on the mic repeated it back several times to ensure everything was rightand they absolutely nailed everything. I thought I ordered a large tea as well, it might have gotten lost in the size of myorder but when I got to the window they ended up comping the tea. It's the little things folks, young people working at a chainfast food don't need to go above and beyond like these people do but they did! Read more
Went through drive thru. Ordered the new deluxe burger. It was delivered to me at room temperature. It was advertised as medium... well cooked. What I received was a way over cooked bone dry burger. The cheese was not even melted. I could only eat about halfof it. The more I ate the worse it got. It was a total letdown considering all the commercial hype. Arby's may have the meatsbut should probably leave the burgers to the other guys. Read more
I was disappointed with the Pecan chicken salad sandwich. They offered it before and it was awesome. This time very little salad... on huge bread. My wife's sandwich was fine ( Roast Beef and Cheddar. Hopefully better next time. Read more

Great food, great Experience. Just wish that the menu was a little easier to read, could barely tell what from the menu. Might... be used to door dash though. Only other thing was the cheese being more spread and selling grilled onions. There was cheese, butcould've been better if you picked one side to put it on, instead of both top and bottom of sandwich. Only other thing was thatthe milkshake was a little 2 thick. Read more
