Kept giving this place chances but after our experience today we will not be back. Our waitress was great. The experience, not... so much. First of all the booth that they sat us in the seat was ridiculously torn up. You would think you could spare just alittle bit to replace the seat cushion? Our appetizer came out promptly, but it took over an hour for our food to come out. Then, they didn't even bring out all of it. We had to take our food to go because it took so long. When I asked what happenedthe waitress said the kitchen was backed up and kept apologizing. We watched several other tables that came in after us gettheir food. She told me my order had gotten messed up and the manager had to make it. When my food finally came out I hadalready sent the rest of my family to the vehicle and paid the bill. The manager didn't even bother to come to our table andapologize. Nothing. I could understand a kitchen being backed up. I could understand staffing issues. But SOMEONE has to mediatesomewhere. Someone needs to go out and talk to the customers. Completely ridiculous and disappointing. Read more

Best Jumbo Wings we?ve had anywhere! My husband and I go to Abbey Road on Friday afternoons. Our server, Sandra, is welcoming... and friendly, which is really hard to find these days. We?ve also enjoyed some of their specials and burgers which are equallyyummy. If you?re looking for lunch or dinner out, I highly recommend. Read more

They had pretty good fried pickles and my kids loved their personal pizzas which was only $5.99 on the kids menu. When we went... it was open mic night and the live bands/musicians who played was awesome. The have darts, pool tables and arcade games as wellas a few gambling ones so it's a little for everyone which is nice and by the stage area is 2 blues brother statues which wethought was pretty cool Read more

What a mess. My Dad wanted to go here for the Father's Day brunch. First off: the site says that they open at 9am on Sunday.... They don't. We were literally the first customers to walk through the door at 11am. We sat outside and watched the people thatcame in after us sit down, have their drink order and food order placed before we even saw our server. The good news: the serverwas friendly and polite! The other couple that came in after us had their drinks, food and CHECK before we even saw our serveragain! This was by 1145. We went inside and asked for an update. The server couldn't give a reasonable answer as to why wehadn't received our food yet. She said she'd get the bartender, who was apparently the acting manager at the time. Here's wherethings went downhill. The bartender came outside at 1210pm and had the most blasé attitude towards everything. She explainedthat there was a kitchen shortage - that's why we didn't have our food. We all saw right through that because the other peoplehad theirs almost an HOUR ago. She said she would check on the status on our food without making any kind of concessions orsuggestions to keep us as customers. When we stood up to leave, the bartender threw up her arms and went back inside. Absolutelyunbelievable. It's a shame because I've eaten here 4-5 times before. Never again. I hope the manager or the owner of Abbey Roadreads this and reinforces some core priorities into the staff.....because no matter how bad things are - you should neverdisregard paying customers like that. It?s a nice, clean place to eat. While there are many televisions, they are all muted so you can actually easily talk with your... companions, which is nice. I had the Burning Down the House burger, and while the burger itself was just OK, the combination oftoppings was well done and tasty. One of us ordered the calzone, and it was enormous. The omelettes are also quite large, andseemingly without sacrificing quality. We tried some wings, and those were about as good as you could expect. Our waiter,Patrick, was exceptional, patiently answering our numerous questions, and attentively serving us throughout our meal. The urinalin the men?s room is novel in design, but I?m afraid it doesn?t help guys from missing the mark, and the floor beneath it showsit. I think I?ll try an omelette next time. Read more

Yum, the Ringo burger was delicious, juicy at medium and still a little pink. Onions n shrooms were cooked perfectly. Is prefer... a heavier bun, but was cooked way I like it Xtra crispy fries were great. Not too much salt. Great beer selection with dark andsmooth brews. Read more

My hub and I dined here today before a doc appointment. Our server Sandra was exceptional. (Thurs Dec 9th, around 2-3. Just in... case I got her name wrong) she obviously was the only one on the floor. She seated, took orders, bussed and was very attentive. We only ate apps which are awesome. The wings are exceptional. They weren't sad little Sparrow wings, but big juicy, flavorfulchicken wings. Best in the area so far. I did see a manager walking around who did not help her at all. Except for seating onetable at the bar, then disappeared. Thank you, to our waitress. You are above and beyond your title. Read more
