Terrible service. The young ladies were not paying attention to my order. My pastries were cold as if they were in the freezer.... No one asked or offer to warm them. I will not be returning to this location. Also their productivity level was awful. The waittime was so extreme and mind you I'm the only person in the store. Completely dissatisfied. Read more
Ordered a white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle and received something totally different. It tasted like decaf coffee with... extra water and whipped cream. Very disappointed...didn't taste drink until I was in the car leaving store!???????? Read more
I've been into the Starbucks a couple times. The service is okay at best. The prices are definitely overpriced, but that's the... Starbucks for you. Never had a friendly feeling from any of the cashiers here. I don't know if that's just because of the typeof work, or individuality. I guess you get what you pay for it, and if you want to $5 a cup of coffee, this is the place to go.Could be a bit more friendly though. Read more
The line was short and the coffee good. They even heated up my pumpkin loaf. Everything I want from a Starbucks.
Went by there yesterday and these ladies do not know how to make the drinks correctly, they need to be retrained. Coffee was to... bitter on one and the other one didn?t have almond milk or sugar cookie in it. I ask them to remake it but they claimed thatthey didn?t know how.
