Asked for pepperjack and got white American cheese instead, when I walked up to the counter I was told the first time that it... was correct bc of the red in the sandwich but it was either from the sauce or the skin from the tomato. Then, was told thatpepper jack is just white American cheese with peppers in it, I had to walk away bc I?m not trying to cause a scene I justwanted the correct cheese. Read more

I placed an online order dit wasnt ready when it got there. Also it was wrong. I think they gave me someone else's order. And I... tried to tell the girl it didnt look right and she wouldn't acknowledge me. I tired to call the store and it keeps saying busy.I just wanted my order made right. 3 out of 7 subs were wrong. I had to order 3 of my kids a diiferent meal because theirsandwiches were wrong and they didnt want to eat what was made. I am very I happy. I just wanted them to replace the 3 theymessed up. Went in tonight at the Fulton Walmart location. For starters I ordered two subs, and the girl that was waiting on me was in such... a rush! All I let hearing was is that it, is that it, is that all! I was barely given a chance to give instructions. They wereto worried about closing shop. Unbelievable! Had to wait for service while employees chatted, felt like a burden while 3 sandwiches were being made. Took 25 minutes to make... 3 sandwiches between employees being busy chatting and laughing with each other. No supervision. Rude to customers. Paid withcredit card asked for receipt replied with "hey this thing's not printing, "other employee" than no receipt" very unpleasantwill not be returning. Use to love subway. Read more
