People were welcoming when I walked in the door, despite being busy I was told they would be right with me and they were! I... didn't wait long and I had my son with me who wanted to know what I got besides pizza (white box) I told my son I couldn't tellhim, that it was a secret (Lol!) Typical Pizza Hut. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread for curbside pickup. Sat there over 5 minutes after it said the order was... done. Called...on hold 9 minutes 46 seconds before they answered. Tyler informed me that my order has been done for a while nowthey just don't have anyone to bring it out (funny they brought an order out to the car next to me). I said my kid came in tofind out where the food is, give it to him. It was cold when we got it. The 20 minute drive home on the heater didn't heat itup. All around HORRIBLE experience. Pizza Hut will reply saying to email them so they can "make it right". I will email and getignored like has happened before. Then if a manager does get back to me I will be told "If you don't like it, go somewhere else"HORRIBLE customer service. Their pizza has gone so far down hill in recent years it's disgusting.
