This is a hit and miss kind of McDonald's even with their Management. Both times I went through the drive thru this last time I... received the wrong items and when I went in to explain and show the incorrect stuff the male (name tag says Management Team) onit reordered my food and still got it wrong plus charged me again. I realize it's hard to maintain good help and you have somewhom are very pleasant but when the Management and 2 people in the 1st window can't even follow simple instructions for abreakfast item like scrambled eggs a meat item, no pancakes and a hashbrown...well I guess that says it all. They need more workers. It has been 2 years and still saying sorry for the waait we are short staffed. Thats not really an... excuse anymore. It has been 2 years for ya'll to figure out how to get the job done with the amount of staff you have. This isthe new normal and mcdonalds is the ONLY FAST FOOD AND BUSINESS still not knowing what to do about it. Read more

It's mind-boggling that every single time I go here they get something wrong. Whether it's forgetting a straw or mixing up an... order. More often than not it is a long wait to even get your order taken and drive through. For example today I was waiting 5minutes and other cars in the other line who arrived significantly after we're getting orders before me. Not bad overall. Ordered this spicy nuggets meal solely and was told the total was 10$ and change, much to my chagrin after the... sign was pretty straightforward on the price of $5.49. Initial order-taker was not so friendly nor helpful yet I knew when I gotto the window I'd find someone rational to further discuss. Axel saved the day, This man needs a raise as he's a customerservice star. He couldn't nor wouldn't argue with the "undeniable proof" as he put it and gave me the advertised price noproblem. The new person, older female, working the drive thru the past two Saturdays needs to go. She is slow, mean, rude, and not... anything I want to deal with. At one point she even asked me how to ring up an order. I had to politely say I've never worked atMcDonald's before and she replied with "Well you've watched, haven't you?" I'm simply not coming to this location anymore. Even my 4 year old asked why she is so unhappy. Read more

I?m giving 5 stars so people will see this however it should be nothing. Last night I went through the drivethru and it wasn?t... busy. I placed my order which was done correctly. Pulled up to the pickup window and was told they were waiting on my drink andsaid here is your food. I checked it all to make sure I got it all. Everything was there, however it wasn?t until later on thatI discovered that my 10 piece McNugget wasn?t nuggets at all. They had put three chocolate chip cookies in a 10 piece McNuggetbox. I don?t know why they would do this at all since there are special bags for bakery items and if they are out of those theycan put them in a small regular bag that they package your order in. Ordered burgers at 6 p.m. Saturday at drive thru. All burgers were red in the middle and uncooked. Did not realize until we get... home. When I call to tell them you were serving raw meat to your customers, they just hung up on me. Fulton McDonald's should beavoided. Read more
