The Fulton McDonald's is absolutely by far the worst I've been to. Very dirty, even on the outside. Service is poor and the... food is not what you'd expect. Most McDonald's are pretty standard when it comes to food quality. This one is way belowaverage. Employees standing by the front door smoking and cursing at each other while another employee is by the front door withthe hood up on his vehicle working on it. Pretty bad. Simply do better. Wow! We should have just turned around and walked out. We would have had we not been pressed for time. This was by far the... dirtiest fast food joint I have seen in awhile. It?s sad when the cleanest part was the bathroom. ???? The service was ok, butthen the staff were loud and carried on the entire time we ate. We asked for ketchup packets and they were all covered insomething very sticky. The soda machines were not stocked and there wasn?t one clean table to eat at. To top it off we had towalk out through a cloud of smoke as three employees were smoking by the front door. Will not be back. Read more
Young girl with bright red hair was extremely rude with an attitude working on Saturday, September 10th in the evening. She was... rude to my husband, myself, and my kids. Out of several menu items. We were given the wrong order. Worst customer service out ofany place we have ever been. She pretty much threw our bag of food into our vehicle. I?m extremely appalled that this evenhappens. Very sad to have someone like that working the drive through and have my kids experience it. No respect at all. Read more
The place was trashed, and that made for a very bad experience! Also the Tea was dated 3 days old.
I've never personally had anything wrong with my food taste wise, however they have got my order wrong several times and there's... been some attitude from workers. I tried to order slightly after 10pm. They were only serving fries and drinks. Apparently this is typical for the late night... crew. Went again a few days later. Couldn't order any kind of crispy chicken or fish as a fryer had "blown up" according to theemployee in drive thru. Very rarely can get ice cream and if the ice cream machine is working the McCafe machine for coffeesisn't. My order is consistently incorrect when I receive it. So gross! The worst fast food restaurant ever. I went in on august 4th. Ordered 40 nuggets ( I have 6 kids) and 2 lg fries. The... box had the nastiest black stuff covering the food, and fried strings of mystery stuff in the fries, I actually took a bite.Took it back and was told "this is what u get, we cant change our grease until the end of the month"! Ordered 2 Dbl Quarter pound meals, both might I add were raw in the middle. Called the store, informed the female manager I... spoke to around 12:30pm. Manager yelled out someone's name then proceed to tell them to check the Temps on the quartermeats. Employees were slow, service was sub par, and who cleans restrooms during peak hours?
