I'm from Hawaii and we're very picky about our "Sushi"! ???????? Staff was friendly and my order was ready in just a few mins.,... there were no lines, but others rolled up to the food truck soon afterwards. I had the "Green Dragon Roll" and it wasONOLICIOUS...GOOD JOB! ???????????? *Highly recommended! ???????? We had lunch and ordered a California Roll, Florida Roll, Chicken Noodles, and Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi Plate. The rolls were... very plump. The hibachi plate includes veggies, but they were at the bottom of the plate covered by the chicken and shrimp. Nota big deal. Overall, the food was decent. Friendly staff and the food came out fairly quickly. I ordered the Chicken & ShrimpHibachi, but was charged the Steak & Shrimp Hibachi which was an extra $1.
