First visit to Fogata\'s. The restaurant was very clean and well decorated. The staff was exemplary. We found the food a mixed... bag of highs and lows. The chips were fresh and crisp the standard salsa they serve with those chips was a bit underwhelminghowever, when asked, they brought out a much spicier and tasty hot sauce, it\'s not for the faint of heart, its very hot. Theirrefried beans are the best I\'ve had since moving to Mississippi, highly recommended. The rice was a bit weak. For dinner, Iordered the Mocajete. Wow, wonderful flavors and the variety of meats, shrimp, cheese and vegetables where outstanding. Bring abig appetite, its huge. My wife tried the Chile relleno, it was different from her experience as it has no egg batter breading.Do not miss their flan. It is absolutely the best I\'ve ever tased.\nWhile they didn\'t \"hit a home run\" with us, we\'re gonnatry them again, their potential is obvious. Worth a visit.\n\nUPDATE\n\nWe went back, same great chips and salsa. We tried theguacamole and found it delicious, being hot and spicy food lovers, we added some salsa to it. I ordered Carne Asada, the platewas big with a satisfying amount of steak. My wife went away from the menu, and asked for a refried bean and cheese torta, theydelivered.\nVery good service. I do recommend Fogata\'s Read more

Enjoyed our food and waitress. She was extremely kind and friendly. Had to change tables due to group of guys using profanity... and I didn?t want my children exposed. The waitress apologized but it wasn?t a big deal. Just society these days. Will be back.Chips and salsa was even better than the previous trip which was a week before. Read more

This place is a real gem. What is most amazing about Fogata\'s is how the flavor of everything just POPS.\nDon\'t pass up the... guac, whatever you do. A balance of rich avocado with the freshest lemon and cilantro is absolutely memorable. We remember itvery fondly for sure.\nFogata\'s Fajitas is a menu item to savor. You smell the grilled meat and seafood fifteen feet before itarrives at your table.\nPortions are large. Service is peerless. Prices reasonable.\nWe travel almost full time and check outMexican restaurants everywhere we go. Fulton, MS, is beyond fortunate to be home to Fogata\'s. Read more

RECOMMENDED\nDec 2021\nVery tasteful decor and super clean. Staff was warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing.... The chips were awesome: fresh, warm, crispy. The elote was fantastic--limey, just how I like it. The chorizo enchilada was verygood, without being too spicy hot. The guacamole was delightfully fresh on my tostaguac. My husband was quite pleased with hissteak enchilada verde--he commented that it was pretty spicy. Cheese dip and salsa were good as well. Read more
