Worst food ever, don't even try it. Whole thing went in the trash and I'm so upset having to look for something else for dinner

Wow been looking for a teriyaki bowl place locally for a while now ! Glad I found this place ! Such a great tasting bowl ! I got... a beef and a chicken bowl ???? and some mad sauce ! The mad sauce to me is like a mixture of teriyaki bbq and spicy tang to it !Look forward to many more visits. Also if you download their app and order thru it you?ll receive a free bowl ! Sigh?where do I begin? I usually only leave positive reviews, but I?ll get right to it here and be done. This food isn?t good.... I?m sorry, it?s not. The meat is all over cooked and low quality. The prices are outrageous for what you get. The rice tasteslike normal rice, at least. I?m sure the owner is doing their best and the employees are kind and helpful. But either the foodor your palette is bad, cause my palette is the bomb and this place just needs some help. Read more
This place was awful! Would have took my order back and requested a refund, but they were closed by the time I made it home. The... rice was completely over cooked to the point it was mush. I paid $13 and only ate the protein. I called the location the nextday to speak to a manager. One of the workers stated that there was no manager in store at the time. She took my information andsaid that the manager would reach out. It?s days later and no one has reached out. NEVER AGAIN! Read more
We have eaten at Teriyaki Madness several times. I have tried the Mad Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Steak Teriyaki Bowl, and the... regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Oh, and also a tasty chicken egg roll. All of them have been tasty and filling! They stack thebowl with a good portion of lettuce, noodles (or rice), meat, and veggies. Considering there are many other "Chinese" foodoptions around, I prefer the quick order and pickup at TM. Keep up the great work and I will keep visiting. Read more
The staff was super friendly, and one of the employees even came by to check up on us a few times to ask how our food was. This... place has a great atmosphere as well! I ordered the regular orange chicken bowl. The orange chicken was so good!! The outsidewas nice and crisp, with a tender and juicy inside. I'd definitely recommend this place! First time in Texas and first time trying Teriyaki Madness. To be honest it not worth the price, and the white rice? it... terrible, too much water it no longer white steam rice, it more like dry up porridge, to make the rice like that it like firsttime cooking rice without proper measurement, I?m Chinese if I make my rice like that I will get spank. Haha. I hope they willimprove but as for me I will never go back again and I will not recommend. Update 11/10/22: it was my bday recently and theysent me a coupon for free bowl, I know I said I won?t go back again but hey, it free food, who don?t want free food right? Ok sothis time for the free bowl I got the katsu chicken bowl, and as I mentioned before white rice sucks so I decided to pay $1myself to upgrade to noodle. So my final order is chicken katsu bowl with noodle and veggie. It was good, it was filling, thenoodle definitely was much better than rice but it $1 extra. I up 1 more star from 2 to 3, because it was not bad. But still Ithink the price it a bit pricey. Read more
