The staff here are really nice but the drink quality and the packaging of the food is horrible. I have had so many items fall on... the floor resulting in my losing my food because it has fallen out of the other side of the bag. It?s not like I can drive backto the location due to me having to be at work so it?s a waste. I have had this happen to me a total of 5 times already. Read more

Venti Pike so weak you could see the bottom of the cup through the coffee. Why do you do this and why do you serve flavored... water? Pop on a lid and no one will notice? It's getting to be a pathetic habit at your store and others. Read more
Be careful with the sandwich bags, they open at the bottom. And if it is a hot sandwich, is going to burn. Communicated to them... (told them it happened 3 times, and last one it burn my leg) and answer from manager was "I don't make them". Only big problemwas the manager/assistant Karen. She lives up to that stereotype. Update after 2 years of trying this place: In addition to all issues addressed below, this location has no internet connection.... Every time I come here I have to use my cellular data. When I asked when the internet is back, the response was we had thisissue for weeks, but no resolution! It is the worst place of you like to do some quality work! I won?t come here anymore,expect for getting some quick drinks and go. ?? It is a new Starbucks, but not a good place to work or study! I come here veryoften, just because it is the closest one to my place. However, every time I experience some issues. Once it was too crowdedthat I didn't find any seat. Another time, a staff started cleaning and dusting so hard that I hardly could breath. And today,all of a sudden a staff showed up, moved up the cabinet and started scrubbing the floor with harsh chemicals, something like aheavy bleach! I am sensitive to chemicals and cannot stand the smell of chemicals! I don't know why the staff here don't waituntil the end of the day for clean-up. It is 7:00 pm now and they are open 3 more hours at least! Oh NOOOO.... she startedagain... now cleaning inside the cabinets with chemicals! My eyes are burning. I am starting to have headache! Another cons isthe staff at the cashier don't pay any attention to people who are standing to place an order. I had to wait a long time untilsomeone bother with my order. This Fulshear TX Starbucks on FM 1463 and FM 1093 makes the best coffee. This seasons drink Caramel Brulee Latte - I cannot get... enough of! I might actually love it more than my usual coffee drink Cinnamon Dolce Latte. Read more
