The customer service is phenomenal and the food was fresh as in pippin hot. It?s was nearing 9pm late for a Sunday. However, I... wasn?t feeling the best and needed food after sleeping all day. I asked the employee at the window if she could ensure my foodwas hot With a pleasant attitude she responded let me check. A few moments later she replied yes but it will be 15minutes and weagreed. I was so pleased and shocked they were willing to drop fresh food for us but I sincerely appreciate the team?s customerservice. They cooked our food and a male associate brought the food to our car with a smile. This was best experience I?ve everhad a Popeyes. Thank you to these wonderful associates for going the extra mile. Ordered the 4-pc chicken meal and i had never seen such small chicken wing! The coleslaw was bland. Disagreement again!
The person that works at this Popeye's drive thru service on Saturday 23 - 2022, 11AM, Noon, needs to be fired or replaced... immediately, they do not want to be there. Everyone that was going in the drive thru would talk to them for a second and thenimmediately leave, I was wondering why when it was my turn and I realized why. The lady talks as if someone just woke her upfrom a nap, or is high on something, they are not clear, they kept saying "we don't have that, that's gonna take 15 minutes, wedon't have that much chicken, I'm gonna have to wait for the trash (whatever that means)", then they went silent. This afternoon I went through the drive thru and ordered the 5 piece chicken strip combo. Let me tell you I thought I was... chewing rubber!! It was the worst chicken meal I've had. To me it seemed like these chicken strips had been cooked since noon &left under the heating lamp waiting on me to buy them!! They were nasty & disgusting, I will never go back to Popeyes. On top ofthat the service was terrible, I had to ask for everything..ie napkins, spoon ( for my side dish). Overall verydisappointed!!!!! Read more
Worst experience at a fast food place, I never leave reviews but this food made me sick after one bite. They completely messed... up my order, gave me the wrong sandwich, all the food was scattered around in the bag like trash, forgot sauces, drive throughworker has the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced, waited 20 minutes with a whole bunch of other cars to getdisgusting food. This mac and cheese had water all over it, the picture below is after draining it and it smelled un-edible. Topical Popeyes, friendly service. But, I recently order the seasonal blackened chicken sandwich and it was SALTY like I was... eating salt, I never had one before, so I dont know how it was suppose to taste like but if thats the original taste, it nogood. I also order nuggets from here, not worth, the actual meat was very little, every piece I ate I feel like Im just bitingthe batter coating full of grease, I had nugget before from other Popeyes not long after it was release and it wasnt like thatbefore, not sure if overall all Popeyes are like that now to save money or just this place and one of the piece was literally90% batter coating. Other than the Blackended chicken sandwich and nugget problem, everything else seems normal. Read more
