The food was good. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Employees were on their phone. I stood there waiting to be helped... until I came up to the employee and asked if there was someone who could help me. Nothing. Waited for the cashier who had aterrible attitude. I signed and took my pick up order but before I left I asked her if the seating was available outside. Giventhe Covid restrictions I wasn?t sure. She told me that I saw people eating outside so what did I think? Excuse me but I don?tknow if those people are violating rules given that no one cares. Or maybe the seats are from the other five restaurants in thesurrounding area. I said nothing took my food and left. Don?t have a Karen moment and just warn others of the terribleservice. Edit: I tried to edit this post to add the picture of the receipt but I can?t figure out how to so I?ll just say whatI ordered - chicken bowl with avocado and extra onions. Great Service!! The girl behind the register was very friendly. She managed to keep a great attitude when a guy walked in the... store not being specific about what method he used to ordered the pick up order. She was busy when I walked in and he just wentoff on her. He had a very poor attitude. Props to her for keeping a great attitude I couldn't and I had to say something tothat impatient guy. Love the chicken plate & bowl. It's plenty of food and the plate easily lasts for 2 meals! Plus I feel like I've eaten a healthy... yet delicious meal! I've only ordered it for pickup and every time they are ready with utensils and sauces so I can just pick itup and be on my way! Read more

They forgot to add avocado(during my takeout) as they were in hurry. Also chicken wasn't cooked properly.
Brocori wasn't cooked well. Other than that, the tofu veggie bowl was tasty. Dobt forget the secret sauce!
Asked for hot sauce that they offer at every Flamebroiler I've been to....answer was, we are out of sauce. I then requested... teriyaki sauce that every Flamebroiler offers....same answer....we are out of sauces. Now, we are forced to eat dry ricebowls....not a great experience. If you are out of sauces, let customers know before they order. Good customer service issetting the expectation. Read more
