Healthy meal and fast, friendly service. Clean dining room. Restroom was surprisingly immaculate but no toilet seat covers.... Owner is very nice, smart, and down-to-earth, and it's so obvious she takes pride in her business. Our family loves the tofuhere. Will definitely return when we're in the area. Read more
I have been coming to this location for 4 years now and have never been let down by the excellent customer service of the owner... and the employees. The food is not winning any awards or anything, but it's just meant to be a convenient, fast meal that's atad healthier than your average burger or other fast food. I especially love Flame Broiler's choice of sauces, they'reparticularly good when mixed together (The "Magic" Sauce and the standard red "Hot" sauce). Overall I greatly enjoy the food,especially the beef. My only real complaint is that the drink lids are ridiculously hard to fit onto the cups without making amess. The service here is extremely fast, a line out the door is hardly anything to worry about unless you're ordering somethingtruly obscure from the menu (which is rare as they have a very simplified menu with mostly the basic Flame Broiler options thatevery location has). Wasn?t that great. My family and I went there after Disney. The meat wasn?t as cooked through as I would have liked it. You were... still able to see some pink. We always go to the Apple valley one and I am never disappointed there. Sadly to say this wasn?t agood experience. Won?t be going there again. Although the customer service was good???????? Read more

Seriously, this is the ONLY location that gives you a half full bowl. Everywhere else I go, they will fill it up, and you can... see the dome of the food. They also charge you extra for the brown rice. Terrible! I don't know how they do their business, butthis is rice, veggie, chicken, beef and tofu. Nothing fancy here. I study at Cal State Fullerton across the street, and I refuseto go to this location. Read more
They used already cooked chicken and broiled it again to make it seem hot and fresh, but you can taste that the chicken is very... firm because it has been cooked multiple times. I tried to address the issue with the store owner but she said it's my problemfor not telling her that I want it soft. What an interesting take. Read more
Just not what i was expecting, other locations are much better. All around service food cleanliness 2 stars; just go to a... different location. It?s worth the extra gas to avoid this one. Read more
