Old owners Ms Lee sold the shop before the start of pandemic. New owners is keeping up high food/customer services ... standards. The chicken bowl was hot and fresh. Owner was kind to bring out tray of food to us at outdoor patio. Read more
Healthy meal and fast, friendly service. Clean dining room. Restroom was surprisingly immaculate but no toilet seat covers.... I have been coming to this location for 4 years now and have never been let down by the excellent customer service of the owner... and the employees. The food is not winning any awards or anything, but it's just meant to be a convenient, fast meal that's atad healthier than your average burger or other fast food. I especially love Flame Broiler's choice of sauces, they'reparticularly good when mixed together (The "Magic" Sauce and the standard red "Hot" sauce). Overall I greatly enjoy the food,especially the beef. My only real complaint is that the drink lids are ridiculously hard to fit onto the cups without making amess. The service here is extremely fast, a line out the door is hardly anything to worry about unless you're ordering somethingtruly obscure from the menu (which is rare as they have a very simplified menu with mostly the basic Flame Broiler options thatevery location has). Wasn?t that great. My family and I went there after Disney. The meat wasn?t as cooked through as I would have liked it. You were... still able to see some pink. We always go to the Apple valley one and I am never disappointed there. Sadly to say this wasn?t agood experience. Won?t be going there again. Although the customer service was good???????? Read more
