Ordered same sandwich with coupon about 4 days earlier, went back to order same sandwich again with coupon. This time they would... not honor coupon, wanted full price. I asked for different cheese but they wanted to charge me for extra cheese. It wasn't extracheese, it was different cheese. I was pretty mad now. How can one honor the coupon and someone else not honor coupon. Couponwas still good. She didn't listen or care, she just wanted the money. Bad attitude. Today 8-13-22 at approximately 3:45 PM I entered in to this Subway the first thing I witnessed was that the store was not well... cared for it looked dirty I ordered my sandwich and when I went to pay I noticed that I was overcharged because I buy this samesandwich in all the Subways that I have purchased in when I asked the young man why was he overcharging me he stated ?She cancharge whatever she wants it?s her store? So I assumed the owner was a female so I expressed that I was not happy with this typeof practice and I felt I was ripped off and as customer service it was non existent I will never step foot in this establishmentand If did I will make sure that I have my American Express Card. Guy was very unprofessional and showed little care in preparing my Buffalo chicken footlong. Of all the subways around this area... this location is by far the worse one. Never returning here again! Read more
My sandwich was great. Customer service -10 if I could. I only come here because it's the closest one to me but horrible... service. Just a couple of young girls laughing,giggling, and talking to each other while customers are trying to place theirorder. Definitely seemed like they were not okay ????... I asked for avocado and the girl just stuck her fingers in half of theavocado and started placing chunks of avocado all over my sandwich. Messy and unprofessional. Hiring manager, do better. Food was amazing and the "Sandwich Artist" managed to make an incredible meal for me and my wife and kids. They enjoyed the... friendly atmosphere of the lively environment. Subway is always a great alternative. I ordered a tuna on wheat bread here. The bread was baked weird it was not holding... together easily falling apart. I got. Free oatmeal cookie because I ordered a combo, while I appreciated the freebie the cookietasted horrible. That said subway is good clean food so I recommend it! Read more
I walked in at 9:45 (Closes at 10) and she told me that "sorry, we are closed" like I get it you're pre closing and want to go... home. But when you close 10, you're supposed to close at 10. Lousy service experience. Read more
CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE! Says open 24 hours and I'm here at 1:00am and you're super closed. Waste of my time!
