I went through the drive-through and tried to get a quick cup of water and The lady at the drive thru said its policy not to... give water Never cars behind me and 3 cars in front of me in order for me to get up I had to wait 15 minutes to get out of lineand still no water. No other food establishment has done this to me before She did not even offer to charge me for a cup ofwater like 30 cents or something very disappointed in my encounter will not be going back Read more
The newer renovated store that has a great friendly customer environment that is suited to every Starbuck fanatics standards! I... stuck with one of my usual orders of a double chocolate chip Frappuccino with a chocolate brownie and like most of my request,this Starbucks blew my mind with how A coffee dessert can be made. getting to this location is a little bit tricky and you maypass it so be careful when pulling up but another great place for a Starbucks location. you just can never have enough ! This Starbucks is close by my house but I will drive 10mins across town to the other Starbucks just because this one just simply... does not follow instructions and are very rigid in terms of how they treat the customers, I have been hoping and praying foryears that this place would get it together but so far it's still missing the mark. Management needs to learn from Frank themanager at the Starbucks on State College and Chapman, he runs a very well oiled machine in a store that's half the size butprobably does double the business as they are ALWAYS busy.!
