The chain restaurant is about what I expect. I do think the prices are getting more expensive that it doesn't justify going out... here to just to get a sandwich anymore. Everything is fine but given how slow the food came out, I am unsure how other time itwould be different. But the guys at the counter was extremely friendly. Read more
I was very disappointed with the service here at Panera. Panera staff were not friendly and I was very upset. It is doubtful... that they have been trained in proper hospitality. My personal opinion is that they should get a proper education first. Read more
Bad customer service, had bad attitude. We forgot to ask them something about our order, they saw us at the window then rolled... there eyes and ignored us. Once we were able to get their attention they didn?t do anything about it. The food was alright alittle hard. Read more
I'm pretty disappointed in what I just ate. I wasn't a fan of Panera and now I know why . I saw it was three years since I had... this,and hoped maybe you changed. You didn't.
