They?re okay. Called in initially but customer service level is not good. Girl was just one of those waiting to clock out, no... enthusiasm in her voice and tends to cut me off a lot. Placed an order online and picked it up this is what I got, not near towhat?s in the picture. No garnish, cheese isn?t good and the meat is hard like microwaved. This is $22!! Way too overpriced forjust fries, sauce and half a cup of microwaved frozen meat! I can get $15 from a fine dining and would be much better! Read more

Customer service was terrible. There was only one kid working. We placed our order online, which said it would be ready in 20... minutes. I took 25 minutes to get there, and when I got there, I was greeted by a kid who decided to prioritize cleaning thethree tables and 6 chairs outside witj two lysol wipes instead of helping me. When he finally came inside to provide a level ofservice, I gave him the name on my pickup order. He said he needed to know which delivery app I used because he wasn't aware ofthe name on the order. It's a slow Sunday afternoon, I was the only one in that center. So I was confused as to why he hadn'tseen the order. Anyhow, I told him the delivey app info, at which point he found my order and told me it still wasn't ready, butwould be in 5 minutes. I went to the tea place next door, once Mt order was ready he did bring it over. When I got my food home,the fries looked a soggy mess, with 0 cheese, and the meat was overcooked. Called the store to explain the story and heimmediately became defensive and interruptive. We returned the meal, at which point he realized it was a dish that even hewouldn't consume. I would have loved to tried this restaurant, but level of customer service from the moment I walked inside wasdisheartening. I'll try again, at the original one in LA, not the college campus. This was my first time visiting a Mr Fries Man location. I got the Bbq bacon ranch chicken fries. The meal was very good and... packed with flavor. The portion is very big for the price. I ate at the location and the fries never got soggy. Lots ofdifferent options to choose from as well as a build it yourself option. I will definitely be back here when I'm in the area Read more
Cameron was the one that helped us for our 1st time trying out Mr. Fries Man and she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time... to explain everything to us and helped me choose my order because I was on the fence between the chili cheese and cheesy baconfries ???? I got the chili cheese fries and my boyfriend got the chicken bacon parmesan fries with 2 drinks! They were deliciousand incredible quality beef and chicken! ????
