Came in the morning and was greeted with a friendly smile. The location is very clean. New booths in the dining area. Up beat... music to help get the morning started. The only need here is more staff. The staff looks overwhelmed and the food order takesawhile to get served. Kiosk are available if you are looking to skip the line. Read more

The experience was very pleasant, as I was actually redeeming some points for food. I needed to wait 15 minutes in-between 2... items, which I didn't mind at all, and was even given 2 extra sauces for my 10 pc Chicken Nuggets. I used to work for McDonald'smyself, for a total of 5 yrs at two different locations so its not typically my food of choice, but I'm happy with the service &food I received. Read more

We stopped by for breakfast and we just skipped the line, ordered from the app. Quite quick service and they even bring the food... to our table. Very satisfying experience eating inside. Read more

I previous left 5 dtar view. But today I was parked for 8mins for a ice coffee and a large smoothie. Than get only 1 straw and... also get the wrong size smoothie. Call the store to let them know, I'm upset, running late to work, i left with 15mins to spare. The manager on duty, just says ok got it, ok got it. Sorry, come back and replace your smoothie. I was extremely disappointed ????.. this place lacks service.. not just good customer service but the basics of customer... communication, body language almost like if they are doing you a favor with negative sarcasm. I observed over and over as theyespecially the female at the front talking under her breath and rolling eyes when customers didn't speak fast enough for her.The food was fine ..the same as always but the service and staff need urgent training in service and communication..what a mess Read more

Oh my gosh! When they gave me sodas. they didn't close the lid of a cup. I had my close wet with my sleeve. I noticed when I... arrived at the job site nearby. I was unpleasant and this kind of accident was the first time so far. I don't know why one ofworkers did it this way. Others were good with modern and clean facilities. Read more
