It took them 20 minutes to give me my order and they still got it totally wrong. Can I ask - When they train them, do they say,... "Just throw anything in the bag and get em outta here!" Pretty sure that's the cadence at this one. Thanks barnacles. Read more

Something changed in either management or corporate, but when you have BOTH prices and hours change, then yes, you have a... frustrating problem. I wish the franchisee could fix these problems but they won't. On another note, the franchise owner shouldmake things run smoother, get rid of the "lazy" employees, answer a phone every once in a while, and please, hire friendlieremployees. Read more
I came to get a breakfast deluxe on the drive thru. When I got home I saw that the sausage was missing so I called the manager... and she told me I can go back and get my sausage and I asked her if she can redo my order because my food was going to be coldand she said yes. So I went back and they made me wait about 20 minutes on my car. Finally they brought me my food and when Igot home I noticed they had spit on the sausage and had bit the sausage. I called macdonald's to report it and the managernever answered the phone. I called for ever and they never answered the phone because they knew it was me. STAY AWAY FROM THISPLACE. THEY WILL DO THINGS TO YOUR FOOD IF YOU COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER!!!! Read more
how is this the second time they don?t fill the cup all the way?? edit: this is absolutely unacceptable. the cost of my meal... was $4.08 and i had to pay a whole $5 because they didn?t have coins in the cash register and i had no $1 bills. i had to giveup $0.92 which is basically a dollar. this is the second time this has happened and it is extremely sketchy. franchise? no.scam. edit 2: we came in at 3:03 and ordered a small smoothie and a donut. we didn?t get our order until 3:24. we saw theemployee take the donut out of the case and make the smoothie at around 3:22. it?s understandable to take some time if it?s rushhour, but there were much bigger orders/similar orders that came out much sooner. Today I had to work nearby with team workers. In the morning, we needed a light breakfast with coffee. I searched for nearby... McDonald's and bring foods from here. This McDonald's looked clean and workers were kind. We enjoyed their foods and gotrefreshment going back to work. Read more
I am starting to think it's a restaurant- thing the not cleaning the tables. Not too busy when we arrived and majority of the... tables were dirty and/or had the "claim" numbers so you count nor which were taken or which were empty. Perhaps they shoulddesignate some to keep checthe front counter. Staff goes the back and does not see customers waiting or needing assistance. Read more
