Yesterday, 9/29/2022 at 8:30:31AM, I witnessed my first wild Karen encounter as I was pulling up to the window to receive my... food that I kindly asked for. The lady was white(typical), around 50 years old and not pulling it off very well(also typical),and she was yelling threats as well as insults at a young, female cashier. From what I caught, the older hag was calling theyoung cashier a ?bitch? and to meet her outside ?to fight her.? The older woman, of course, demanded a manager(really a spot-onKaren), and drove off in a huff after complaining to said manager that the cashier ?wasn?t respectful enough.? It was trulyYouTube material, but the whole encounter ended in about 3 minutes after I pulled up behind her. Finally, when it was my turn, Idrove up and apologized to the employee that was handling the register as the female cashier was calming down as she wasshaking. The male employee(David) asked if I saw what happened, and I replied that I caught the end of it and that I?d wished Irecorded it. As such, I?m writing this review to recognize the patience of the employees working there yesterday morning. It?snot your fault, and if the young female cashier was reported by the Karen to Corporate, here?s my testimony to counteract hers. Read more
The phone number doesn't work but I ordered 2 sausage breakfast Jack's no bun and got a bun with ham and cheese... not sure how... mistakes always happen here but they took my order down correctly on the screen! ???? I didn't get a receipteither... Update Are they only hiring people who hate people to work here? They are so unbelievably rude any time we visit itsunbelievable. 24/7 is like I'm at one of those places where the workers are supposed to be rude but I'm not. This is not ok.Every single worker at the McDonald's down the street is insanely nice in comparison. We have decided this jack in the box willnever be visited by us again. Read more
I would never recommend coming to this location. If able to go to the location off orangethorpe and placentia they are polite ... and very accurate with stock. This location will refuse to make fresh coffee and breakfast menu is never an option even thoughit mentions a 24 hour opportunity! Their customer service is beyond the lacking of unprofessional. There's no point in havingthis location of establishment open if they are unable to provide even the simplest items from the meanu nor the professionalismof communication due to lack of supply.... we were better off going to McDonald's Read more

First time here and ordered drive through. Order 2 10 peice nugget meals. I got home and there was a 10 peice of nuggets and a... order of stuffed jalapenos. Both come in same kind of box.
