Portion size: wowza! I'm not someone who is generally concerned with that, but for the pure entertainment value of the size of a... "single" griddlecake, I'm mentioning it. My fiancé said I won breakfast because my meal tasted the best (pictured, the ChefVic's Chilaquiles Verdes). This place always seems to have a wait, probably because it offers unique breakfast options. Ourwaitress was great! Food came fast. Hostess staff seemed stressed. Had to fight the urge to roll up my sleeves and help. 4stars - will return when we crave the Chilaquiles Minus 1 star - atmosphere is missing that je ne sais quoi that makes you warmto a place. There is absolutely a personal touch felt by the menu but it's not reflected anywhere else. Would describe it like:good food, eat it fast, get on with your day :) Read more

The food was decent, but the price was ridiculous. Perhaps I am used to the portions I get at Eggworks in Las Vegas, but this... place is in California. I had an omelet with chorizo and some vegetables and a side of sweet potato fries. My cousin had a steakand eggs plate. My husband had an omelet with goat cheese, tomatoes, and spinach. My husband and I halfed our omelets andshared, and that combination gave us the bubble guts making us rush to the bathroom. Lol. I was disappointed that they hadonions mixed in with their hash browns, and I couldn't get the hash browns since I don't like onions. They said it is alreadymixed in, and that I could just pick out the onions. Really?!?! No thanks. That is why I ended up getting the sweet potatofries. I spent $115 for four dishes, two coffees, and a decent tip. I have never paid that much for breakfast for 4 adults.Eggworks and Griddlecakes have better food that this place and are not as expensive. Read more

The service was great, and the food was awesome. Depending on the time of day you may have a wait to be seated.

This place is so good there's almost always a line even during COVID. I could rave for days but I'll just say go for brunch, &... reserve on Yelp... thank me later. I'll let the pic talk... for more check out my previous visits... Read more

First-timer here at Early Bird, and it was absolute fire! I got the ?Dutch Waffle? with blueberries and whipped cream. Of... course, you had to add syrup! Also, I knew I needed a little more, so I added a side of over-medium eggs and hash browns (onion, garlic, and cheddar cheese) extra crispy. I will be coming back for more! The food was delicious, and the service was on point.Thank you to the server, Javier, for being on point. ???????????? Read more

The food was delicious! I?m a pescatarian so I need a variety of options, healthy ones preferred. The staff was very welcoming... on a very busy, raining Tuesday morning. The restaurant was clean, staff immediately and kindly greeted us. The restrooms wereclean as well, stocked with restroom tissue, drying towels, soap, toilet seat covers, and a clean floor. Ana, our waitress, Wasvery attentive, helpful and decision making, knowledgeable of products being sold, and multitasking without us feelingneglected. Thank you Ana for a wonderful first experience at early bird recommended by my family Gloria and Jessie ???? Let's goFullerton ???????? Read more

This place has the best bang for the bung on mimosas. Please see my attached photos for the most up to date pricing on the menu.... They are still competitive with their pricing but with tip, expect a good $45 to $50 fro meals and drinks. The eggs are great, the sausage is exceptional and the pancakes are a great texture. My wife had the breakfast sandwhich and we have to say it wasthe best breakfast sandwhich we ever had. I had the Eastwood and it was good but my wife?s breakfast beat it by far. I do notrecommend the veered salsa though. The flavor was more burnt and bitter than the refreshing but tingling savory I expect from asalsa verde. Now not only is the price of breakfast great and the price for the mimosa is fantastic but flavor is fantastic andthey come in multitudes of flavors. I have to say the coffee was good with a little bit of cream. Just a tad to acidic withoutthat splash of cream but by the third cup you get used to it. Would recommend 9 out of 10. Read more

Bacon was good quality with no chewy bits. Bread was nicely crisped around the edges and fries were salted just right.... Everything asted fresh I'd like to go back and try something sweet for my next visit. The Mexican Coffee was delicious !!! Onlydownside was the traditional egg Benedict and the seasoning of the carnitas... just needed a tad more flavor. Read more
