We hired Colette's Catering for our wedding this March and couldn't have been in better hands. Wanted to give a quick shout-out... to Sara P guiding us through the 8-month long process of choosing packages, meals, and even sourcing vendors. She acted like ade-facto wedding planner, was really efficient in her communication and helped us save money when the final bill came. At onepoint, we almost got scared into hiring a wedding planner for several thousand more $ before she shared exactly what Colette'sand Jenny could take care of for us. We ended up just opting to hire a designer to get our wedding style unified and this was agreat decision. Additionally, I wanted to give a huge props to Jenny C. for being an unbelievable day-of coordinator. A monthbefore the wedding she explained everything we needed for the event to be successful. We had a 1 hour meeting and she thought ofall the little details so nothing would slip through the cracks. My wife was super impressed at how methodical and detailoriented she was. We had other moments of stress leading up to the day and she was very open and responsive to texts and phonecalls. On the day of the wedding, when everything gets stressful, Jenny was very calm and handled multiple personalitieswell. Food wise, I don't have much to complain about. It did seem like the food Colette's serves is definitely one of the morehigh quality wedding meals. Of course being the married couple you don't really taste anything because you're busy worried aboutother things, but I imagine it went over well. Colette's lets you attend a food tasting appointment several months in advance,which was an awesome experience. We were treated like royalty and got to stuff ourselves with a lot of the menu. During thattime, I did feel like the food was a bit too salty and we did tell the chef. The cake wasn't quite to our liking (design wise)but I think it was due to misinterpreting our instructions. We can't say enough about how great Colette and her team were for our first family dinner in our new home. We had a holiday... dinner party planned when we experienced a family emergency the day of the event. Colette ensured that everything was taken careof including outdoor tents, tables, chairs, rugs, and even furniture. Colette allowed me to focus on my family emergency and nothave to worry about a thing the day of the event. I was able to be gone all day and then show up at dinner time with everythingperfectly ready and in line for my dinner party guests. I didn't have to do a thing! I am not sure if I can think of enough words to do this review justice. My husband and I were absolutely blown away with... Colette's. We used them last weekend for our wedding at a private residence. From start to finish we were extremely impressed. We value communication and we never once felt it was lacking. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed. Eachstep of the process was well organized. We had 0 doubts from a catering perspective coming into our big day. The day ransmoothly and the food was superb! Service staff was kind and courteous. The guests are still raving about the food, especiallythe late night snack bar-HUGE hit! I asked Colette to cater the 2020 Women's Conference hosted by 99.1 Church and CCYL. She was given a pretty tight budget to... feed 65 women with many dietary restrictions. Not only did she achieve the goal of meeting budget and every restriction, but thefood was spectacular! The women giggled with glee at each unveiling of what would be served at the three meals being served. Thank you, Colette. You are amazing. Your team is amazing. I attended a business meeting with 30 in attendance yesterday and I had my first experience with Colette's Catering. WOW! Our... meeting has had many catered lunches and nothing has come close to the experience that Colette and her team provided. The foodwas absolutely delicious! It was clear that a profession had prepared the food with passion. I love Mexican food and eat itoften. The enchilada's made by Colette's Catering were a step above what what I experience in well know Mexican restaurants. The ingredient were fresh and the food was served at the perfect temperature. The salad and tortilla chips was crisp and thedressing was amazing. I arrived at the meeting early and watched Colette's team set up. The team was professional, organized,and paid attention to EVERY detail of the set up. There was a pride that her team had as they set up the food. They weredressed neat and clean. I appreciated that they all wore gloves as they worked with the food. The lunch was the BEST part ofthis meeting. Without a doubt I strongly recommend the experience Colette's Catering provides. My family and I had Colette's Catering organize a plated dinner for 8 at our home. The event had appetizers, a salad, entrée,... and dessert. Colette worked with me on the menu and wine pairing suggestions. She was easy to work with on the phone, email, andtext messages. The three-person crew (chef and two assistants) arrived on time, did a fantastic job with the set up, and thefood was outstanding. They prepared the food, served and cleared the plates, and cleaned all the dishes. I provided the winesbut they opened the bottles and kept the glasses filled.
