The young lady who helped us was very nice. But a worker was eating his food, was ask to help them, didn’t wash his hands and... was eating while giving her a spoon and meatballs. Then was going to help someone order a sub but didn’t wash his hands, so myhusband who is a manger at restaurant told him he needed to wash his hands before preparing food for someone after eating. Hedid wash his hands. But this is BASIC food safety and should be the standard of anywhere selling food to eat. They can dobetter. Read more

It was to hot. You had to eat fast so you could get on the road. But the help was very good.

Best subway in the area. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They were out of stock in items since it was late at night... when me and my partner went, and the worker helped with the available options and it was phenomenal. Visited this subway (6370 Airline Road, Fruitport Charter TWP) at 7:22pm on 2-27-2022. Picture this. Very dark night, no... street lights, signage on strip mall where this store is located was not lit. There is one person exiting the store as I enter. The counter person, did not acknowledge me. His head was down. I never saw his face during my visit. He had a plastic bagcovering his right arm and wrist. He is determined not to speak. But I know that game. I will wait on you. Finally he saidsomething. I told him I didn't hear him. He was mumbling. After asking him to repeat himself 3 times, I understood he wassaying, "bread." Oh, you want me to tell you the type of bun I'd like? Since I didn't want to be there any longer than I hadtoo - way too spooky - I said hearty grain, no cheese, sweet onion, toasted. Do you know he actually had to ask me what typeof sandwich I wanted after he cut the bun? That was the last time he spoke. When the chicken and bun had been toasted, I toldhim lots of green pepper and sweet onion sauce. More green pepper, more green pepper, more green pepper. Five pieces of greenpepper is not a lot of green pepper. I paid, without another word from Mr. plastic bag covered hand. He removed the bag andit was covered with bandages from the knuckles to half way up to the elbow. Glad it wasn't anything sinister. But is a plasticbag adequate protection to keep what ever is wrong with your hand off my food? There was a woman in back of the store thewhole time. If she is the manager, she knows nothing about customer service. You have to at least be cordial people! Avoidresembling a scary movie with a 18 rotten tomato rating. I will never go back. Don't bother going to this subway. I went there a 5pm on a sunday they were out of almost everything they had no cookies, I... ordered a meatball sub they didn't have any meatballs. Very poorly ran operation I'll never make the mistake of going thereagain!!!!! I thought I would give them another chance BUY as I thought epic fail my girlfriend wanted flat bread they didn'thave any and again I wanted a meatball sub and they didn't have AGAIN.
