Never seen such slow service. There were only 2 people dining inside and one was an employee. Drive thru only had about 4... cars. Took about 1/2 hour to get food. Place was clean and workers were friendly, but they move slow as molasses and managerwalking around doing check list instead of helping. By the time we left drive thru had about 15 cars. Read more
This McDonalds really made me a wonderful double quarter pound deluxe sandwich! Just as good as I used to make for my breaks... when I worked in 3 McDonalds restaurants during high school in the mid-80s. Thank you for an excellent sandwich. The bestsandwiches are always in Fruitport and North Muskegon, in case anyone is wondering which one to eat at while traveling throughthose areas. It's the quality of your employees above ALL ELSE, at least one of which obviously really takes pride in any workthey do, while they are sorting out what they want to do with their life (career-wise) that makes the difference in this brokenworld we find ourselves passing through. Last month I went to this McDonald's 3 times. Every. Single. Time they forgot atleast 1 fry every trip through the drive... through. (We have a family of 6 so checking before we pull away is difficult.) Every. Single. Time I called and spoke manager.The first 2 times I drove back to the store myself (which is inconvenient when we purposely chose a drive-through forconvenience purposes.) The 3rd time they forgot 2 large fries and a sandwich. I told the manager that this has happened 3 timesin 1 month, that they have a MAJOR problem. He offered me to drive back (again) or he could mail me vouchers. I told him thistime we'll do vouchers. I gave him our address, It's been 3 weeks and we have not received these "vouchers." The way I see it, this McDonalds OWES ME $20 between the 2 times I've had to drive back out and back home again for their mistake and the 2 largefries and a double quarter with cheese double sandwich we STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE!! They put almost no onions on my burger and one slice of a pickle with almost no mustard. Had to wait for fries. Sprite needed to... be changed because it tasted terrible. And they charged me for a large when I asked for medium and still gave me a medium. Allthis couldve been at least understandable if they were busy.
