I work at coke right next door. I live in Huntington an hour away and commute to work everyday often times stopping for gas on... my way home at 5 am. The lady who runs the food stand inside the store sees me everyday ask for a burrito and everyday she isrude to me because she hasn't gotten around to putting them out yet. There is a sign inside the store right behind her sayingmade to order. I guess from now on I will just visit another gas station. Read more
Worst customer service I?ve had in a long time at a Maverick. Dirtiest Maverick I been in a long time. Usually their pretty... clean. I went there at 8:00 a.m to get fuel, breakfast, and something to drink. I walked out with just a drink. I at one pointwanted to just leave that behind. Wish I would?ve got the cashiers name but I was just focused on getting the heck out of therewithout saying something rude back to her. Stopped in on a hot day! Got a tall cold fountain drink! Need food and found my favorite chips...grabbed a cold sandwich too. ... Can't forget a snickers candy bar! So here I go!! The ladies that work here are fantastic,friendly, and have excellent customer service skills!! Not so much for... some of the dudes. Not all of the guy's are hateful,rude, and need to get a new job. But there is 1 cashier that is beyondRUDE!! He never speaks to any customers just rings them up,never says thank,never is friendly at all! Boils my blood thatshitbags like this took a job from somebody that would appreciate having a job. You know who you are because they moved you tothe back to cook and now your back out on the register. So do us all a favor and quit go dig ditches where you do not have tobe around people. Food Quality has gone down significantly. The Burritos were some of the best you can get. They fired the eggs and slightly... grilled the exterior (maybe from the warmer). Now they steam the egg and the burrito is a soggy mess. The hashbrowns arebarely cooked, (brown is the ideal word). The last two I got were so soggy the tortilla disintegrated. The current one i havehalf stuck to the wrapper and it is dripping liquid from the egg. If your going to charge $4 for a burrito at least take thepride to cook it right. My burrito is about dry now, I guess Ill try to eat my breakfast. Adventurers find a new spot. Read more
