Love the food but drive through needs some work. I waited 17 minutes just for a #1! I got to the window, paid, and then got an... ice cream instead of my meal (my fault for not paying attention to the price) so I paid again this time for my meal but wasn?trefunded for the ice cream or didn?t get the ice cream.. lol it?s a good place, love the food but employees need to pay moreattention and move faster!! Love their dogs but the "presentation" is just wrong. Doesn't look appealing at all. Drive thru takes awhile even if its just... one vehicle. I don't mind that but pleeeaaase work on presentation! Read more
I've been sitting in the drive through for half an hour! And at the window for 7 minutes, still haven't even been greeted!... Customer service is definitely not important to these people! I actually went to Wendys, got my food, and when I drove past thisplace the people behind me were still at the window! No such thing as flat did at this place! Read more
I'm not sure if they're grossly understaffed or if they're just plain slow. The last two times I was there i used the drive... thru. The last two times I was there I waited over 20 minutes for my food (once was 20 minutes, the other was 43. There wereonly 3-4 cars in front of me). They did get my order right 50% of the time though! If you're craving one of their awesome dogsI'd suggest hitting up the North Avenue location. It's further away but oh so worth it! I've never had a problem there in all ofthe idk how many years I've been going there. Read more
Literally slowest service ever. 20 minutes or more in drive thru as the only car here. I?ve never been to a slower drive thru.... No greeting from drive window just that it would continue to be a longer time frame for a fresh corn dog since 17 minutes isapparently not enough time to make one ???????????. Honestly, the reason this place gets 2 stars is just simply the food. And no, it's not the employees, it's the actual base... product, it just does not taste good, nor real in any sense of the word. I've actually had the misfortune to catch foodpoisoning from one of those weird cheeseburger things. Pretty bad experience, but the actual interior is pretty comfortable. 2stars. Read more
