15 bucks for three ice creams all melted and non of the dip was to the cone (no seal) so they dripped everywhere. Had to just... throw the cones away as the paper was stuck so bad....and a blizzard had to be remade.... doesn't DQ pride themselves on icecream? Read more
Place was a disaster. The poor kid at the window said the cook showed up late and he was sorry. The shakes both came out like... soup. The burgers were cold. My husband went in to get a refund so we could leave (most cars were driving off from behind us)and they handed him the sack which was sitting on the counter. Read more
Don't go during their rush hour. I ordered a blizzard and a banana split and it may as well have been a watery milkshake. I... wish they would have told me that the ice cream wasn't frozen to give me the option to cancel the ice cream portion of. myorder. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff was friendly. The staff was very friendly but they made me watch my carry out order sit in the window for 10 minutes while they took other... customers? orders and made them. Had to get the attention of the drive through operator to get my food. It really had to do withthe kid at the counter prioritizing the customers he obviously knew and making their food before simply bagging and handing memine. Read more
The order was completely wrong. I asked for shakes and they gave me blizzards and sundaes. We paid for shakes but we didn't... want to give them s hard time so we told them it was fine. They told us that since we decided to keep their mistake, they hadto charge us the balance of $0.60 cents! Lol! Never again. Read more
Don't expect fast service or correct orders, because it's not going to happen. We live in Fruita and again had a 20+ minute... wait for incorrect food. Only to receive sarcasm from staff and lack of attention toward customers. 4 cars waiting with 3 morein line and about 5 customers waiting inside. Highly suggest driving to Munchies, BK, McDonalds or drive to Grand Junction for abetter experience. I've left feedback with the corporate office. Honestly feel that the Owner does not care, because this isnot the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time. Read more
This DQ location is by far the largest letdown i?ve come across in ice cream service anywhere. The drive through staff working... the evening of 4/10 glared at me for asking for the pup cup i?d ordered, and it came with minimal ice cream in it. My lovely pupwas so heartbroken, and she?s a hefty baby. The service time was remarkably slow, and the unfriendliness from customer serviceinteractions are both reasons i?ll never recommend this establishment nor return. After eating my order, all of the ice creamwas the consistency of whipped cream, far too airy. This place legitimately couldn?t have performed more poorly. Read more
I like the food I just don?t want to be asked to do a survey everywhere I go why do I have to put work in describing if they did... a good job or not.? If you get new complaints, you did a good job. Read more
