Bad meat in my salad, called and finally spoke with manager, which i had tried multiple times, for him to hang up on me and... refuse to give me his name! Called back and spoke with an associate who was told that she wasn?t allowed to give me his name orshe would get in trouble! Needless to say this is still a unresolved problem and I?m glad i noticed it before it was consumed!!Oh and his name is Jack the manager? had a member of his staff finally Tell me.. This place in the new building or old has the worst service I?ve ever encountered in any restaurant. Rudely answering the phone... with ?please hold? and then leaving me on hold for 30 minutes one occasion and 15 minutes another. If there was another localpizza option I?m sure this one would be put out of business. I tried ordering at 4:30pm. Not a busy hour. Same results. It?scomical. Very slow. Tried calling my order in. But was on hold for 10 minutes while driving to the location. Not one customer in sight.... Help was just chatting with each other. Placed my order and it took 25 minutes to make. Got my pizza finally. Very spares on thetoppings but what was there was good tasting. Need to get more help or train your staff. Pulled up to 3 employees smoking outside. Went to get my pizza and cheesy bread with black olives and to my dismay there were no... black olives on what I requested. I gave the box back to the younger gentleman with tattoos on his neck and arms and with NOGLOVES REACHED INTO THE OLIVE CONTAINER AND THREW THE OLIVES ON MY FOOD. This wouldn't such a problem if he hadn't just handlesa bag of trash BAREHANDED. I know that there are cameras inside the store I was there around 8pm and when I told the youngergentleman that I'd be speaking to Ms.Sandra his response was "I do not care." We went to pick up our food and they gave us some rock hard burnt bread and when we asked if the bread was always made like this... she said it?s fresh. So burnt means fresh got it. Read more
They messed up my order and then I found a hair in my pizza . I order bbq wings and they gave me this.
Lazy employees, cant cut the cheesy bread , didn't add my garlic butter sauce (gave no sauce at all) or butter cheese crust... on the pizza !! Like seriously just do your job, I pay for someone else to make pizza so that I don't have to do any work . Itactually feels nice to be able to say you try your best everyday at work but whoever made my order did not !! Also I don'tunderstand why it takes 25 minutes to make the pizza if you're not busy . In fort Meade even on a busy day you can get yourpizza in 15 minutes. Rehire new employees when you upgrade the store because it's not an upgrade if you're employees don't evencare about the customer. Read more
Possible first visit, looking for a menu online, I read the horrible reviews, so I won't ever go here. You did it to yourselves.
