I tried calling in morning & got hung up on. The women was yelling on phone. Beyond upsetting. I can?t take my 4yr old with me... due to virus and was only trying to ask about free delivery. I am surprise they are are even allowing people to come in storeeven due to virus. I would think they only would be doing delivery during this time. Read more

Our Family ordered two cakes for a 50th Anniversary party and Lorenzo's outdid themselves. Their was a glitch at pick up and... they fixed it for us with no trouble.
