I decided to try out this location after having a great experience at the Strasburg location. I took my daughters out and we had... a very nice waitress. They we a bit overwhelmed with customers. I loved the Eggplant Parmesan I had in Strasburg, so I orderedEggplant Saracena was plated well and looked great. Unfortunately it was under cooked and very chewy and tuff. My oldestdaughter had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It too looked very good, but was a disappointment. The Alfredo sauce was veryrunny, not creamy. Maybe they didn't strain the pasta well enough? This was a delivery order. The best thing I can say is this: Try somewhere else. Is this the worst pizza ever? No! But on a... 1-10 scale they come in at a 3. The Jalapeño poppers were undercooked. The cinnamon bread also came in at a 3. It was rubbery.Terribly so. It was hard to pull apart with hands let alone mouth. I am traveling through. If I had the time I?d take this upwith owner/manager. But I have kids to feed. So I ended up spending $40 dollars on food we wouldn?t eat and then had to go findsomething the kids would eat at 10 at night. I might have given 3 stars if at least one of the items were so-so. I have writtena couple of thousand of Google reviews. With two exceptions I have never given a one star review. Two star reviews are prettyrare. Delivery food is supposed to make life easier. I was on the road for 8 hours by the time we reached the motel. It took twohours to get the family fed. What they lack in ambience, they make up for with really yummy food and great service! One thing I love here is their... salads.... so fresh and yummy! Gnocchi is great.... pizza is great..... subs are great! You probably can't order anything badhere. We've always been very happy. Read more

Having lived in Naples, Italy we know good pizza. We know it's very hard to find anywhere in the US (understanding the dairy... regulations and so the cheese options are different between the 2 countries), but Castiglia's comes about as close as we havefound. Better still, the staff at Castiglia's from the owner/management to the high school part time workers, each takes greatpride in the restaurant and makes every customer feel valued. We have enjoyed our numerous dining in experiences (always hadexcellent waitstaff), and taken out numerous times as well. Most recently we needed a large take out order for delivery to areception at a different address and a specific time. They were perfect and gave us all the confidence in advance they wouldbe, so we had no worries and they came through with their regular excellence! And beyond pizza, their subs (especially theircheese steaks!) are fantastic. We'll be returning and eventually sample their whole menu. Gino and his staff are always happyto see their customers, they work hard to keep them and earn new ones, and clearly enjoy what they do, which they do so well. Thier food is fantastic and always good and fresh. I've had an issue once and they replaced my food very quickly. Highly... recommend them over any other pizza place in Front Royal including melting pot. It taste like the pizza shop I ate at as a kid. Thier customer service is on point like thier food. Read more
