The Drive Thru staff is very nice and the food is very good. However, in the restaurant, there was a POC female teenager with... long nails who was very rude to my daughter and her dad. Typical burger king. Had my usual meal. Whopper meal. No complaints. Good service and clean.
I'll start by saying the shakes were great tonight, so no problems there, but my nuggets were terrible. They were definitely... just dropped in the oil again and refried, to the point of being a dark dark brown color and were therefore, totally inedible. Iwasn't given a receipt, and wasn't in the mood to drive back out at 11:15 pm to return them... Thankfully, I called and thewoman who answered was very sweet and apologetic. She took down my name so I can come by for free nuggets or a refund at anothertime. I wish the food has been better, but I am grateful that they're being so accommodating Read more
By far the worst BK in the valley. We order here because we work nearby. Orders are consistently wrong, staff and managers rude... or combative when confronted with issues. While I can understand lack of staffing, continual disappointment in this locationseems the norm. Read more

The younger man working the drive-thru offered us 2 free pies because they had to upsize our drinks to medium because they ran... out of small cups, which was super nice but after we got our food and checked the bags we had to go back around because theyforgot an entire combo meal LOL but still giving five stars cuz the staff was very polite Read more
We are not pleased that this is more than our first time of double or triple fried food. It upsets our stomachs causing vomiting... or diarrhea. I would not recommend this location, everything is bland, boring or double fried. Made us sick more than once. Read more
There was this one girl who was a POC teenager working at the restaurant. She was very rude to my Hispanic dad who tried to... order and literally had the audacity to say out loud we had no idea what we were ordering. Not only was that raciallydisrespectful but just plain ignorant. Like if you are going to work, you need to be polite with clients unless they are rude.We were never rude in the first place and she started to already have an attitude with us. Read more
